At Pomade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care products, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. If your purchase doesn't meet your grooming needs, we are here to help with a straightforward exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the pre-paid shipping label provided by our customer service team.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
